(Minneapolis, MN)  --  More numbers released from the latest Star Tribune Minnesota Poll show improved ratings for President Obama.  Of those surveyed, 51-percent approved of the job the president is doing.  That's up from 44-percent this summer.  The poll was released as word came out of Rhode Island about Democratic gubernatorial candidate Frank Caprio, who was not endorsed by Obama.  Instead, Obama's support went to an Independent candidate, prompting Caprio to publicly state that the president can "take his endorsement and shove it."
