Election Day is next Tuesday and the political appearances on behalf of Minnesota candidates is hot and heavy.  Former president Bill Clinton stopped in Blaine late Sunday night, speaking in support of Democrat Tarryl Clark who is running against Michele Bachmann in the Sixth-District Congressional race.  Around 500 people waited for Clinton's arrival, delayed due to other campaign stops along the way.  Earlier in the day, Bachmann made her own stops in Andover.  On Saturday, President Barack Obama spoke at the U-of-M campus in Minneapolis, in support of Democrat Mark Dayton, who still leads in Minnesota's latest gubernatorial poll.  Dayton has 41-percent support followed by Republican Tom Emmer with 34-percent and Independent Tom Horner, who has dropped to 13-percent.
