(St. Paul, MN) -- It's been a pleasant October so far, with dry conditions and temperatures well above normal. As a result, fire danger ratings are now considered "high" throughout east-central Minnesota. The D-N-R says counties that surround the Twin Cities are affected, but adds there are currently no burning restrictions statewide.
