(Eden Prairie, MN) -- The Minnesota Vikings traded defensive end Jayme Mitchell to Cleveland on Tuesday for an undisclosed draft pick. The deal is contingent on Mitchell passing a physical. Mitchell appeared in one game this season and registered one sack and a tackle. He was originally signed by the Vikings as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Mississippi in 2006. Over 29 career games with Minnesota, the 6-foot-6, 285-pounder has recorded five sacks, 22 tackles and forced one fumble.
