(Chanhassen, MN) -- The worst of the Minnesota's flooding is now over as river levels are dropping now along the Mississippi River in St. Paul. The river is topping out more than a foot over flood stage this morning at Hastings but impact remains minimal. There's still minor flooding at Wabasha and points downstream. Levels are also dropping along the Minnesota River south of the Twin Cities -- and at New Ulm and Mankato, while the Cottonwood, Des Moines and Crow rivers are all above flood stage but moving lower.
