The Minnesota Vikings have fired head coach Brad Childress.  In a statement, the team named defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier as the new head coach on an interim basis.  The Vikes were a disappointing 3-and-7 under Childress this season.   The team is coming off a 31-3 loss to division rival Green Bay on Sunday and will face the Washington Redskins next weekend.
