New figures show October home foreclosures in Minnesota fell 10-percent from the month before but experts say the drop was caused by lenders putting a temporary brake on foreclosures already in the pipeline. RealtyTrac's Daren Blomquist says many of those freezes are now coming off and Minnesota could well see a foreclosure spike in the coming months. In fact, October numbers are a two-point-four-percent jump over the same month last year.
