(St. Paul, MN)  --  In a development that's shocked Democrats and political analysts alike, Republicans in Tuesday's election took control of both the Minnesota House and the Minnesota Senate.  Some pundits acknowledged it was a long-shot possibility for the G-O-P to win back a majority in the Minnesota House -- but the Senate has been in the hands of Democrats since the early 1970s.  Yesterday's turn of events in that chamber can only be described as stunning.  Senate Republican Leader Dave Senjem called it an historic moment.  Democratic Leader Larry Pogemiller says the anti-incumbent mood spoke loudly in Minnesota.
