(Grand Forks, MN)  --  River levels are still rising in parts of northwestern Minnesota this morning.  The Red River around East Grand Forks and north at Oslo is due to crest on Wednesday while the Buffalo River at Dilworth, east of Moorhead is topping out this morning.  Other tributaries to the Red including the Wild Rice River in Norman County and the Two Rivers River in Kittson County are still over flood stage but now dropping.
