It is possible that Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty will be signing bills passed yesterday by the legislature.  The partial budget bill will cut 300 million dollars in areas that don't include heath and human services or k-12 education.  The jobs bill features an amendment from Duluth representative Roger Reinert that extends the "Jobz-Z" zone to northeastern Minnesota to try and entice a European wind turbine manufacturer to locate a new plant in this area.
