(Grand Forks, ND) -- As more traditional March weather settles in over Minnesota, cities throughout much of the state continue their battle against high water. Along the Red River, the National Weather Service reports major flood levels remain at Wahpeton-Breckenridge, while crests are due within the next couple of days at Abercrombie, Fargo-Moorhead, Halstad and Oslo. Moderate flooding is reported at most points in between. Northwestern Minnesota tributaries are also running very high, led by a surge in the Two Rivers River -- predicted to rise two-feet over the next 24-hours.
