(St. Paul, MN) -- The unemployment rate in Minnesota remains stable at seven-point-three-percent for February, the same as January. Department of Economic Development and Employment Commissioner Dan McElroy says the state lost 34-hundred jobs in February but that's still an improvement over a year ago when 14-thousand jobs were lost. Among the sectors seeing continued improvements in jobless numbers: trade, transportation, utilities and manufacturing.
