(St. Cloud, MN)  --  The continuing budget crunch is topic number one as over 300 mayors, council members and other city officials meet in St. Cloud today and tomorrow for the League of Minnesota Cities' annual conference.  League spokesman Kevin Frazell says the 2011 legislative session is also in the back of everyone's mind.  He says a very large state deficit is projected and "the assumption is that some or a lot of that will get passed on" through reductions in state aid to cities.  Frazell expects "a lot of pressure" on property taxes, but it's too early to say which cities will propose increases.
