(Undated) -- Weather experts say we'll be seeing more rain and warmer temperatures this fall throughout Minnesota. The Climate Prediction Center suggests much of the upper half of the state -- and around the Twin Cities -- will experience the biggest boosts in warmth. Forecasters also expect winter in northern Minnesota to be colder than normal.
