(Undated)  --  Minnesota law enforcement officials arrested 125 impaired drivers statewide in June during enhanced D-W-I enforcement patrols -- and 52 drunken drivers were arrested over the Fourth of July weekend.  State Patrol Captain Matt Langer says enhanced enforcement efforts focused on the 13 counties in Minnesota with the most alcohol-related driving issues.  Those counties are:  Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Olmsted, Otter Tail, Ramsey, Rice, St. Louis, Scott, Sherburne, Stearns, Washington, and Wright.
