(Madison, WI)  --  A list of the healthiest counties in Minnesota is out and Jackson County in southern Minnesota comes out on top, according to research by the University of Wisconsin.  The first-ever rankings of each county nationwide is based on smoking rates, the number of liquor stores and poverty -- along with people's longevity, overall health conditions and access to health care.  Lake County in the Arrowhead is ranked as the least healthy county, followed by Beltrami and Mahnomen counties.
