(Omaha, NE) -- Minnesota's business climate continues to improve, albeit more slowly than in previous months. That's according to the latest Creighton University Index for the Upper Midwest, showing December numbers still moving forward, making a full six months in a row of positive growth. Index author Ernie Goss [[ GAHS ]] says Minnesota's economy added five-thousand jobs via employment agencies over the last half of 2009, compared with losing three-thousand over the same period a year earlier.
