Minnesota's unemployment rate remained unchanged at seven-point-one-percent in November, according to the state Department of Employment and Economic Development.  Commissioner Dan McElroy says while that's good news, Minnesota is not adding jobs or reducing the employment rate fast enough to get the state closer to pre-recession levels.  Employment declined by 51-hundred jobs during the month, but that was partially offset by revised October figures which added another 19-hundred jobs to an increase of 14-thousand-100 jobs reported last month.  Minnesota remains well below the national unemployment rate of nine-point-eight-percent in November.
