Ballots in more than 83-percent of Minnesota precincts have now gotten another look in the governor's race recount. The Secretary of State's office says Mark Dayton has dropped 38 votes and Tom Emmer has lost one, compared to their November 2nd totals for the same precincts. But Emmer has challenged four times the ballots than Dayton has, which temporarily holds those votes off the board. The challenged ballots go before the State Canvassing Board next week.
