(Hutchingson, MN)  --  If conditions stay ideal, Minnesota farmers can expect a strong harvest this fall.  Crops across the state are looking picture perfect so far.  Dave Nicolai is a U-of-M extension educator in Hutchinson and says if the crops are growing, so are the weeds.  He says farmers should keep a close eye on the weeds, especially those that are herbicide resistant.  Nicolai says we should have a better idea of specific plant disease, if any, when the new crop update comes out next month.
