Secretary of State Mark Ritchie says the number of those voting absentee in tomorrow's primary election is the highest in two decades.  Ritchie says election officials have accepted over 26-thousand absentee ballots as of mid-morning.  People can vote absentee in person at their county or city offices through 5 this afternoon. The polls open for the primary election at 7 o'clock tomorrow morning and close at 8 p.m.
