(Moorhead, MN) --  There's a welcome sight in northwestern Minnesota.  An early planting season has yielded an early wheat harvest -- and combines (COM'-bynz) are out in the fields almost a month ahead of schedule.  Phil Glogoza (Gluh-GO'-zah) is a U-of-M extension specialist based in Moorhead and says sugar beets are also in good shape so far this season -- unlike the last two years when a fair amount of the crop was left unharvested because of overly-wet soil.
