(Undated) -- Some residents are already getting a knock on the door from a 2010 Census worker. The U-S Census Bureau says college campuses are getting the first visits since many classes will be ending soon. Workers are calling on homes where survey information was not returned by mail. Residents of Wisconsin took the honors as the state where the most people sent the census survey form back. The Badger State had an 81 percent return rate while Minnesota came in 2nd with nearly 80-percent of its residents mailing back their ten-question form.
