Minneapolis Mayor R-T Rybak and Minnesota House Speaker Margaret Anderson-Kelliher appear to be the front runners for the DFL endorsement for Minnesota governor at their convention that opens today in Duluth.  Getting the endorsement may not mean a spot on the November ballot since several of the eight candidates in the running have said they will be in the August primary election with or without their party's nod. About 1400 convention delegates will begin the endorsement process for governor on Saturday.
