Tayshaun Prince dropped in 20 points as Detroit rallied to down the Timberwolves 103-98 in the season finale for both teams at Minnesota. The Pistons finished the season 27-and-55 under rookie head coach John Kuester but at least it ended on a winning note.
Detroit trailed until there was 8-and-a-half minutes left in the fourth quarter when it outscored Minnesota 35-19. The Timberwolves lost 29 of their final 31 games to tie their franchise-low with only 15 wins this season.
