(Minneapolis, MN)  --  Twelve-hundred National Guard soldiers from 273 Minnesota communities will officially be welcomed home from Iraq this weekend.  The Red Bulls were stationed in Basra from May of 2009 through January of this year, supervising more than 14-thousand service allied personnel.  The deployment included soldiers from the 34th Infantry Division Headquarters, the Inver Grove Heights-based Special Troops Battalion and the 34th Military Police Company.  The welcome home reception and ceremony is Saturday night at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
