(St. Paul, MN)  --  An off-duty state trooper faces DWI charges following a highway crash Tuesday night near Litchfield.  The Patrol says 40-year-old Scott Urdahl was under the influence when his pickup truck collided with another vehicle.  The other driver was slightly injured.  Urdahl, a 12-year veteran of the State Patrol, was arrested by troopers and reportedly admitted that he was also texting while driving.  Urdahl is on unpaid leave pending the outcome of legal action.
