(St.Paul, MN)  --  Governor Pawlenty will the sign the jobs bill and so-called phase one budget-balancing bill into law during a ceremony at the Capitol today.  The jobs bill includes a tax provision called the "angel investment" tax credit and incentives to expand the Jobz-Z zone to Duluth and the Iron Range to help attract a wind turbine manufacturer to the area.  The phase-one budget-balancing measure cuts more than 300-million-dollars from the state's billion-dollar deficit.
