(Duluth, MN) -- By the end of the year, more than half the jobs at one Duluth company will be gone as a result of outsourcing work to India. That word from officials at Advanstar which produces trade magazines and directories. Within six months, Advanstar will eliminate 100 jobs, leaving behind about 75 workers in its human resources and finance departments.
