GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - Courts in northeastern Wisconsin have a new chief judge. The Supreme Court has appointed Brown County Circuit Judge Donald Zuidmulder. He takes the place of Judge Sue Bischel, who didn't have time to handle all the duties associated with the job. The northeastern district includes courts in Brown, Door, Kewaunee, Marinette, Oconto, Outagamie and Waupaca counties.
