KEVIN EUBANKS LEAVES TONIGHT! Tonight Show bandleader Kevin Eubanks has announced that he will officially leave the late night show in May. Kevin was the musical leader on the show with Jay Leno for 18 years. A replacement has not yet been announced for Eubanks, but Max Weinberg, who was the house band leader when Conan O’Brien hosted The Tonight Show, has been rumored to be Kevin’s replacement.

STEVEN SEAGAL SEX TRAFFICKING?!? A woman has filed a lawsuit against actor Steven Seagal, claiming the actor sexually assaulted her on her first day of work as his assistant. She also claims Seagal had two females he kept on his staff that attended to his sexual needs. The 23-year-old woman says she applied for Steven’s executive assistant job back in February, but when she started work, the actor allegedly put his hands down her skirt and tried to fondle her breasts. Seagal’s lawyer told TMZ that the woman’s allegations are completely false and states she was fired from her assistant job because she was using illegal narcotics.

CLASH OF THE TITANS IS ON TOP! After early estimates had Date Night winning the weekend box office, the numbers are officially in, and Clash of the Titans is the champ, taking in over 26-million dollars, while the Tina Fey and Steve Carell comedy raked in just over 25-million. It was the closest box office race we have seen in a long time, with How To Train Your Dragon coming in third with just under 25-million dollars. Clash of the Titans has grossed over 110-million dollars since its release two weeks ago. It stars Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes.

NOBODY TO CUT FOOTLOOSE! According to People magazine, producers for the remake of Footloose are having trouble filling the role Kevin Bacon played in the original flick. High School Musical star Zac Efron had previously turned down the role, and now Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford has dropped out of the film. There is no word on who is now being looked at to play the role of “Ren McCormack.”

STAR STUDDED JURY! The 2010 Tribeca Film Festival jury has been announced. Stars joining the ranks this year include Aaron Eckhart, Jessica Alba, America Ferrera, Alicia Keys and Zach Braff. As jurors, the celebs will judge the films, filmmakers and actors and announce the winners in each category.

SINGLE AND WORKING! Private Practice star Kate Walsh’s divorce from producer Alex Young has been finalized. The actress was only married to Young for 14 months and the pair has been fighting about spousal support payments since last year. Hit up TMZ for more.

NO CHARGE IN SEX ASSAULT! Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will not be charged with sexual assault after an alleged incident that occurred in a Georgia nightclub last month. According to TMZ, the 20-year-old accusing Ben of the assault in a bathroom wrote a letter to police saying she didn’t want to pursue that case any further.

CALL GIRL IN PLAYBOY! Former New York governor Eliot Spitzer’s call girl, Ashley Dupre, is the cover girl for the May issue of Playboy. Earlier this year, it was reported that some strands of Ashley’s hair caught on fire during a one of the photo shoots for the adult magazine, but that she was unharmed. Dupre told the New York Daily News that all in all she had a great time posing for the pictures. Fans can pick up the new issue of Playboy on Friday.

GAGA GOES TO A WEDDING

A couple in Australia’s wedding day became even more memorable after it had a guest appearance by Lady Gaga. According to Perez Hilton, the pop star was passing through as Aussie hotel when she was spotted by the bride, who asked if they could take a picture. The bride and groom took some photos with Gaga, who reportedly ended up returning to the party later that night to buy the couple a round of drinks. BOYLE WANTS TO DUET WITH GAGA

Could we see a duet between Susan Boyle and Lady Gaga? Well if it was up to the former X Factor contestant that would most definitely be the case. The Daily Star reports that Boyle called Gaga “wonderful” and “completely original” and that she would “love” to do a song with her. No word from the pop star on if she’s also interested.

FERGIE TALKS FRAGRANCE

Fergie is coming out with a signature fragrance, and the Black Eyed Peas lead singer insists that it will be “strong and empowering.” Fergie told www.WWD.com that she didn’t want it to be “cutsey” by naming it one of her song titles like “Glamorous” or “Fergalicious,” and that she decided to call it Outspoken because the name represents her as a “whole woman, a fearless woman.” The perfume will be out in September and will sell for 28-dollar a bottle.

ARE KATY AND RUSSELL MOVING TO NYC?

Are Katy Perry and Russell Brand thinking of moving to the Big Apple? A source told www.ContactMusic.com that the couple, who already have places in London and Los Angeles, were seen looking at an apartment in the East Village of New York City. The source also said that they were “dressed like they hadn't changed since going out the night before” and that Brand asked to use the bathroom.

MISTRESS SWAP? According to Extra TV, rumored Jesse James mistress Michelle McGee had a fling with P!nk’s husband Carey Hart when P!nk and Carey were separated back in 2008. McGee’s ex-husband told Extra that Hart was a regular at a strip club where Michelle worked and that the pair met in San Diego in 2008 at a convention they both attended.

JIM CARREY EXPLAINS! As we reported yesterday, Jim Carrey wrote on his Twitter account late last week that there was no way Elin didn’t know her husband, Tiger Woods, was cheating on her. JERSEY SHORE BUMP UP SECURITY! The cast of Jersey Shore will be well protected this summer while they’re filming their show. Sources close to MTV are reporting that producers for the program have asked for eight to ten off-duty police officers to protect the cast while they prance around Seaside Heights, New Jersey, partying their butts off. The group will be filming from July 1st to September 9th and the second season of Jersey Shore will premiere on MTV on Thursday, July 29th at 8 PM.

SHANIA TWAIN TO RETURN TO AMERICAN IDOL! An American Idol source has confirmed that country superstar Shania Twain will return to American Idol. As a guest judge during Idol’s Chicago auditions earlier this season, Shania proved she has an ear for talent. Twain will return to the FOX reality competition, this time as a mentor to the contestants. Unlike some of past season nine mentors, Shania has plenty of experience to draw on after being in the business for nearly two decades, selling over 65-million albums and winning five GRAMMYS.

ENGAGED! Actress Jane Lynch, who plays “Sue Sylvester” on Glee, is engaged. Jane is set to wed her longtime partner, Lara Embry, and she told Us Weekly magazine that she has “a ring and everything” to prove it.

BABY NEWS! Demi Moore says she wants to have children with her husband, Ashton Kutcher. The 47-year-old actress revealed she and Kutcher have talked about having kids and that he is a great father to her daughters with actor Bruce Willis. Demi and Ashton married in 2005. SMURF MOVIE! The movie based on the animated cartoon series The Smurfs has begun filming. Star Trek actor Anton Yelchin, Saturday Night Live’s Fred Armison and comedian George Lopez will all be lending their voices to the movie. Katy Perry will voice “Smurfette” and the likes of Neil Patrick Harris and Hank Azaria have live-action roles in the flick. The film is set to hit theaters on August 3rd of next year. According to a press release, the tour will kick off on June 27th in Calgary, Canada, and will remain on the road for the majority of the summer until August 16th, when it winds down in Dallas, Texas. It was also announced that Rihanna will be joining the trek for one show on July 12th in Salt Lake City. Colbie Caillat and Leona Lewis are all about Cotton. KINGS OF LEON THINK YOU’LL LIKE NEW TUNES

Kings of Leon begin week two in the studio this week, working on the follow-up to their breakthrough album Only By the Night. Drummer Nathan Followill has been tweeting about their adventures in the studio and recently wrote, “We put down some jams that I think you all will like.” No word yet as to when Kings will put out the new album, but the band kicks off a U-S tour on June 5th in Atlantic City.

AMY WINEHOUSE GOES TO THE HOSPITAL

Reports are coming out of London saying that Amy Winehouse has had to make yet another trip to the hospital. According to British paper The Sun, the embattled singer was rushed there late last week after complaining of chest pains. A family friend told the paper that Amy was convinced it had to do with her breast implants, and that Winehouse is “waiting for a decision on whether the implants have to come out or not.” We’ll keep you posted.

MANDY MOORE ON GREY’S/NEW MOVIE

The season finale of Grey’s Anatomy is going to be a very special episode. That’s because Mandy Moore will be on it, guest starring as a patient being treated by “Bailey,” who is played by Chandra Wilson. It’s a two-hour finale and it airs on May 20th on ABC.

GREEN DAY: ROCK BAND TRACKLIST REVEALED

On June 8th, Green Day: Rock Band will be released to the world. The track listing for the highly anticipated videogame includes 47 tracks including hits from Dookie, American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown. The game depicts the band playing three separate venues, Milton Keynes in England, a fictional venue called The Warehouse and The Fox Theatre in Oakland, California. Green Day: Rock Band features the likenesses of Billie Joe, Mike Dirnt and Tre Cool and hits shelves on June 8th.

Billie Joe Armstrong was on Real Time With Bill Maher on Friday night and the Green Day singer opened up about the band’s sound, American Idiot on Broadway and more. Fans who missed it can head to YouTube to see the segment again.

CHAD SMITH MAKES KIDS ALBUM

According to NME, Red Hot Chili Pepper Chad Smith has worked with actor Dick Van Dyke on a children’s album. The record is titled Rhythm Train and Smith says although he’s not playing the kit as hard as he would on a Pepper’s record, he was creative and tried to make the songs “as good as I can.” Fans, and their kids, can hear the album now at www.TheRhythmTrain.com.

HAYLEY WILLIAMS IN NEW WEEZER VIDEO

Hayley Williams is a big Weezer fan and recently got to sing their classic track, “Say It Aint So,” onstage with the band.
