DOUGLAS TALKS RADIATION. Michael Douglas is speaking more about his cancer treatment, saying the radiation and chemotherapy is tiring him out. He told People magazine that it’s a fight, but one that he plans on winning. The 65-year-old actor is being treated for a tumor at the base of his tongue.

 

NO MORE HEIDI-SPENCER SEX TAPE! We can’t tell whether this is good or bad news, but TMZ is reporting there won’t be a Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt sex tape released anytime soon. In a letter Pratt wrote to Vivid Entertainment, he says Heidi has no interest in releasing the tapes and Spencer doesn’t want to further destroy his relationship with her.

 

PARIS HILTON BANNED FROM VEGAS HOTELS! Paris Hilton has been banned from the Wynn and Encore resorts in Las Vegas. The ban comes after she was arrested Friday and charged with possession of cocaine. During her arrest, Hilton was taken inside the Wynn casino to go to the bathroom and that’s when the drugs were found in her purse.

 

PALIN AND JEWEL’S SKIT! Jewel has released another video on FunnyOrDie. It’s titled “Betwixt The Music” and in it, the singer tells the story behind a band she formed with Sarah Palin. Jewel insists before she made it big time, Sarah was part of her duo and played the flute. LAW & ORDER: L-A UPDATE! Law & Order: SVU hottie Mariska Hargitay will make a guest appearance on the new Law & Order: Los Angeles show. According to E! News, her crossover storyline will revolve around “the backlog of untested rape kits” that are kept at many police stations. Check out the premiere of Law & Order: Los Angeles on NBC September 29th.

 

ACTOR’S STABBING TRIAL! The 40-Year-Old Virgin actor Shelley Malil, who plays an electronics clerk in the flick, is on trial for attempted murder. More details have come to light about Malil’s alleged actions and according to People magazine, the actor walked up to his ex-girlfriend two years ago in her backyard and started stabbing her repeatedly. Shelley’ girlfriend was stabbed more than 20 times, but survived, The 45-year-old actor has pleaded not guilty to the charges but if he’s convicted, he could face up to 21-years in prison.
