THE VERONICAS SUE A CLOTHING COMPANY

 

Aussie pop stars The Veronicas are suing a clothing company. The Sydney Morning Herald reports that the twins are taking legal action against the Designworks Clothing Company, which used to be in charge of all merchandise sales for the group in Australia and New Zealand. The suit alleges that the duo hasn’t received any money from the company since December of last year. They are looking for payment of funds as well as money for damages, interest and legal costs.

Madonna’s new fashion line Material Girl will be available at Macy’s very soon, and the Queen of Pop’s daughter seems pretty excited about it. Lola wrote on the clothing line’s blog that she doesn’t want to brag, but that “it’s pretty awesome” and she does “like the clothes a lot” and hopes that everyone else likes them too. MIKE POSNER ROCKS AMERICA’S GOT TALENT

 

Mike Posner took the stage on American’s Got Talent on Wednesday night to perform his debut single, “Cooler Than Me.” The song has been on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 13 weeks and peaked at number six this week, but will slide one spot to number seven on next week’s chart. Posner’s debut album, 31 Minutes to Takeoff, arrives in stores on August 10th.

LINKIN PARK RELEASE SINGLE VIA VIDEOGAME TRAILER

 

Linkin Park’s new single, “The Catalyst,” will premiere this weekend in the trailer for the Medal of Honor videogame. The song is off Linkin Park’s new album, A Thousand Suns, which comes out in September. MTV News reports that this is the beginning of a new relationship between the band and EA Games, and although nothing has been announced, they will work together again in the future.
