KATE PLUS 8! The world will once again get a glimpse inside the lives of Kate Gosselin and her eight children. According to TMZ, TLC has obtained permits for Gosselin’s eight children to be filmed in the updated reality show Kate Plus 8. No permits have been filed for the children to appear in the spin-off Twist of Kate show, which means we may not see them in that series. According to www.MyGloss.com, Kate and her kiddies will begin filming Kate Plus 8 right away.

NO WEDDING RING! Jesse James was pictured out and about in Seal Beach, California this weekend without his wedding ring on. Last week, pictures of his wife, Sandra Bullock, hit the Internet and she was sans wedding ring as well. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ARREST! According to TMZ, Ultimate Fighter Tito Ortiz was arrested on felony domestic violence charges yesterday at the home he shares with former porn star Jenna Jameson. The outlet is reporting that when cops arrived at their home, Jenna had visible injuries. The pair is not married but have twin boys together. Jameson told TMZ that her children were not hurt in the alleged incident.

SHEEN REALLY SPLITS?! After months of rumors, reports and speculation, E! News is reporting that Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have split up. Of course, the Two and a Half Men’s publicist is denying those claims. We’ll keep you updated as to whether Mueller has really moved out of the home she shared with Sheen and if she’s about to file for divorce.

BANKRUPTCY! Jennifer Lopez’s first ex-husband, Ojani Noa, has filed for bankruptcy. The chef told the Associated Press that he went bottom up after the legal battle he had with JLo following his attempt at using their private home videos in a movie. Lopez filed a ten-million dollar lawsuit against Noa and got a court order preventing him from using the footage.

MARRIED! Olympic gold medalist Kerri Strug has gotten married. The gymnast, who famously vaulted for the gold at the 1996 Olympics with an injured ankle, married a lawyer in her hometown of Tucson, Arizona this past Sunday. Check out www.People.com to see a photo of the happy couple.

MORE QUAID NEWS! Randy and Evi Quaid were thrown into jail yesterday in California after appearing in court. The couple missed several important court dates to face charges of defrauding an innkeeper, and a judge threw them in the slammer for their no-shows.
