Over the past year I've been getting more involved in yoga. It's so much fun but also very hard. It's not only body but its also mind.
My friend Maggie (Below) is doing the Crow Pose. This position is hard to do, but once you get it it comes very natural.
Then I found this video, 'How to do the Crow Pose' this is a very good example on how to actually do the crow.
