The Tomahawk steak! Wow!

Have you ever had one of these? The Tomahawk steak is a HUGE version of the ribeye, but with the entire bone left in. Its amazing!

You'll need a bit more time on the grill (I use charcoal) due to the thickness. You can't really tell, but this one was about 3 inches thick, and it took about 30 minutes to get to medium rare.

But it was AWESOME!!!
